I’m traveling this week with the bundle of joy that is my grandson and we’re having a blast.
Just the other day we had the great pleasure of visiting dear friends, Marsha and Darryl Herren at Olive Forge Herb Farm in Browns Crossing, Georgia. If you blinked going down the road you might miss the drive that takes you through the woods to the magical place that they call home. We were so lucky to be able to spend the afternoon with them. Thank you both for such a special day!
Check out their Facebook page!
We have been reading several books; I’ve already talked about This Is Not My Hat, which we are reading, no joke, at least 3-4 times a day. Somebody REALLY likes it! We’re also reading Not a Buzz to be Found: Insects in Winter by Linda Glaser and Andrew Henry’s Meadow by Doris Burn. These are both great books and we will talk about them both when I have more time, i.e when I am not chasing someone around.
Hope you all have a good week. We are off to check out the Macon Arts and Sciences Museum, along with the park and, oh who knows maybe a few book shops along the way….
It’s almost spring in the South the birds are out, the forsythia is blooming…Whoopee!!
